Description

Responsibilities: Tender Estimation of civil works contracts – commercial, residential, High Raise buildings Leads a group of engineers dealing with technical, commercial and contractual aspects of the tender Reviews tender documents, time schedules and bills of quantities. Prepares estimates of required resources and costs and works out construction methodologies and subcontracting needs Communicates with clients as required and works for ensuring optimum tender price as well as effective post award hand over. Education: Batchelor Degree in Civil Engineering Salary: Open + All Benefits Skills • 15 Years of experience. At least 3 Years a Tendering Manager from a Reputed Contracting Company • Good knowledge of project execution methodology High sense of cost awareness • Experience in High Raise Buildings, Commercial and more • Fluency in English Computer literate particularly in programs relevant to estimation Ability to travel extensively and work outside regular work schedule Our client: one of the leading construction groups in UAE offers a full range of services in engineering and construction projects.
